Does anyone else have morning uneasiness? Usually once I get my day started it gets a little bit better. I guess this is something I have to learn to live with. Anxiety with me is a fine line that I must walk. If I sit at home and read or clean I sometimes get anxious. If I go out with a friend and stay out too long or I am around a lot of people I get anxious. Does this happen to others? Is this a part of the anxiety package?

I also find if I move around, I feel better, so some days, I get dressed in whatever is on the chair, and get on my bike. other days I sure have a clean house, and I'm thankful that works but I'd like to wake up with a smile on my face for a change.

What I find helps me is sticking to my medication regime. Every morning I take Prozac, Klonopin and trileptal for my Schizoaffective Disorder and anxiety.
The morning 0.5 mg Klonopin tends to iron out the anxiety pretty effectively. i take .5 mg in the evening too. Benzodiazepines are what I have found to be the most effective in fighting my anxiety.
For those hard morning there's always the wake and bake smoking marijuana first thing in the morning which I do indulge in on occasion. Only do that if it's legal in your state of course.
