I'm an only child, but grew up with three cousins which I was veery close too. These days t hey live hundreds of miles away. When I was growing up I never thought that things would change, people would go to universities, live and work far away from home. II always thougthat we would be close, the one cousins i was closest too I never here from, not even an email. The other from time too time via email. We have probably all changed,I'm not as qualified as they are, they were brought up with a professor and the other a doctor of maths, they were both mathematic lecturers. My parents worked in a factory, and shop. There is a biig difference there, they wereeconstantly teaching them, I didnt have that advantage. Today I miss them, and feel very depressed.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
Reach out, tell them you miss them. You never know what could come of that one email or phone call. Either way, at least you tried. I'm hoping to take my own advice soon.
shhhhhh. . . don't tell the officials.
for the ones who are still alive, i channel the loneliness for them into sending care packages and/or greeting cards.

But I don’t like to look back too much either. I like to keep my feet firmly planted in the present. That keeps me tethered to something too. I don’t want to miss out on life now for the sake of what was or what could have been.
Just had my whole family, down at the shore, Nieces, nephews sister, brothers, for a family photo. A niece and nephew live in Denver Col.
The other's do live near by..
I also really miss taking guitar lessons at a local studio, I couldn't wait to come home from school week, just to go and take lessons, even on days I didn't have lessons, I would come home do my homework, and play for hours........I can still practice, but in spurts, cause ever I got gout in my hand, and I had a carpal tunnel release, i have to take it easy.
I also have a friend I that lives in FL......that I just saw late may early June (he used to live near me.
