I had an appointment with my nurse practitioner this morning. I think this was the third time that I saw him. He's very thorough. I explained to him that I can be like the Energizer Bunny for a day or two but then I'm down for a day or two. By down, I mean tired. He asked if I have ever been diagnosed as Bipolar. My answer was yes. I've also been diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder. I also said that I don't see these disorders in me but I definitely have OCD. The only manic thing that I have done is spending money at Kohl's (mostly online), yard sales and thrift stores. Well, other things too to feed the birds, squirrels and outside kitties. I have a lot of unopened packages. So today I read up on Bipolar II. I don't think that I have it. I am not feeling sad and depressed or crazy happy. I just suffer from fatigue. I always have. But funny that he asked me about Bipolar today. Years ago, the nurse practitioner that I saw said that I was taking the wrong medicine and weaned me off of it and put me on Latuda. That was horrible. I called into work saying that I was having a nervous breakdown. I lost my job and went on State temporary disability benefits until I won Social Security Disability Benefits. So I got out back on Risperidone and I'm not stopping. The nurse practitioner recently asked if I still need it. Absolutely! She must not remember what happened when she weaned me off of it.

Also, she gave me advice about what to do for building bone density. She told me to stretch before I workout and to do squats and lunges and work with weights. I used to do those things when I worked out with a friend. She told me to buy...
