Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. The past couple of days I've realized that I love my partner unconditionally. She hasn't been treating me the way I've been hoping but nonetheless I still treat her the way I think she wants me too. We decided on a break together the other day and made boundaries in order to respect each other. But I've found myself writing letters to her everyday since then and I even made a piece of art about our love. My question to myself is if I'm feeling so mistreated and uncared for by here why do I keep loving her unconditionally? I can't help myself I guess and I wish I could stop it but I can't. Any advice or anything that could help me?

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

"don't be a hate hole" has been one of my recent mantras which seems to be escaping my mouth more and more often. it emerges when i am faced with the endless list of chores i would rather not deal with. insurance. head lice. bureaucracy. in-laws. the list goes on and on and on and on, ad infinitum.reality checks requested. am i making sense?"ever'thin they is but loving leaves a rust on your...

Long distance relationships often have "breaks".
You are giving yourself kindness in putting the moments shared in memories as you process the changes.
Keeping it private will help you keep your balance as you make your way through the challenges.
Whether this relationship lasts, or it ends, you'll be able to move forward because you've expressed those feelings, thoughts, emotions, and that's a huge step.
Take care.
I think that is a great idea! Hold onto all your “gifts” and give them to her once the break is over. Giving her space right now is really important so she can relate to her feelings and figure out what she wants. If you give too much during the break it could cause her to push away further. Hang in there and write it out on paper or on the boards! We are here to support you.
