Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. Hi everyone. So much is going on with friends and family. I am mad at my cousins. My Aunt is begging me to come see her tomorrow and I do not feel like leaving my house. She's in a rehab 45 minutes away. She seems okay today but she has been super paranoid the last couple days and claims the nurses at the rehab are plotting to kill her. Her kids, my cousins, are real bad about visiting or calling her. This puts pressure on me. If I still don't feel like going tomorrow, I will stay home. I spent a lot of time this week helping a friend find a place to live. At one point, she threw a monkey wrench at me and i had a panic attack. She was about to be homeless. Well, I said some prayers and the Good Lord came through. I found a place for her and she moves in on Wednesday. I also found her a very nice hotel for the next few days through Priceline. Whew! But now I reached out to an old friend who was posting crazy stuff on Facebook. I didn't expect to hear from her. It sounds like she needs to be on disability. She said she was going to be homeless in days. Last week she was begging someone to kill her. I pray she found someone to stay with. My niece is somehow suspected to have autism. She does have issues but I don't think autism is one of them. She just turned 16 and had about 20 kids at her party. They were all very respectful. One brother and I have our theories about her. I was so close with her until she was about 11 or 12. I honestly have not had a conversation with her since. To be continued.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
It's rough when people choose to be mean to themselves.
