Could you have grown a tolerance to the meds?
Now I'm on something else for Anxiety, but yes I do still have flare ups too. So I don't understand why, I thought these meds were supposed to control them?
I know, I feel different every day, too. But I don't think mine is from the medication. I think it is from other stresses going on in my life. Depending on what I am dealing with that day, I'll feel more anxious some days.
Maybe you have other stressors on your mind?
And like Arfie said, you could talk to your psychiatrist about increasing the doses.
Keep a journal to keep track of how you're feeling on the meds.

I'm a hardcore journaler and I hold that posts such as this one are a form of journaling. Inside my journal, too, some days are easier than others. Some days I can't find my own words on much of anything. Other days I have too many words to find a focus. At both extremes, open forums like this one let me launch off of other people's words and/or use the kindness of strangers to find my focus.
