Looking for advice on if you think I should leave my Therapist.
I've been seeing my therpist for 1 year. She is an employee at a medium-sized practice. I like her well enough, and she has really helped me specifically with my Financial Anxiety. I grew up with a Dad who tracked every penny, my Mom even had to ask for his permission to get lunch or buy us shoes. Because of this I was heavily struggling with Financial Anxiety when I started seeing her. One major stressor was seeing Dr's, Dentists, etc. because I was terrified of recieving a huge unexpected bill. Due to this anxiety I signed a form with my Therapist giving them permission to charge my co-pay at every visit and all was well...or so I thought. I just found out in December that their billing office stopped charging me co-pays SIX MONTHS AGO. They sent me no notice or bills. I only found out because I saw they randomly chrged me $250!!! I called them, which is when they told me what was going on. Obvioustly I was very upset which prompted a call from the owner of the practice. He took full responsibility, apologized, and is working with me financially. Now I'm at the dillemma that I'm not sure if I want to return to the practice. Yes, my therapist has been helpful, but I feel like the company has lost a big chunk of my trust by basically taking what I'm most anxious about and putting me in that exact situation. I don't want to punish my Therapist because it's not her fault, but I don't know if I want to give any more money to this practice.
What do y'all think? Any advice or opinions on the situation would be appreciated.

You like the therapist.
Work out the financial plan with the owner, and continue treatment with the therapist.
This is one of the kind of experiences that will help you move through the healing process of the anxiety associated with financial issues.
I doesn't know, but I'll bet dollars to wishes that if she helped you with your financial anxiety, she will be thrilled when you self-advocate with her. Cleaning up snot knots like this one is business as usual for a business woman. Your employee/contractor turnover will be horrific if you fire every employee that makes a mistake.
Just theorating. . . It remains yours to sort.
Gentle support while you sort.
Don't cut off your nose to spite your face!
