Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Today has been an interesting day I guess. He is coming back tomorrow which I am very not happy about. My sister is apparently staying here now not really sure what she is planning on doing but she said she's just not gonna look at him or talk to him.
Today my mom went to the store and the first time she went she ended up not being able to get groceries bc acording to my sister she had a panic attack. I'm not sure why or if that is actually what happened bc my sister didn't go in but my mom has said she's had what she thinks are panic attacks before sometines when she goes into the store. I asked her if she was okay and she said yeah, I didn't want to ask too much bc i know I don't like talking after I have panic attacks.
Anyway she did and up getting us McDonalds again and I wasn't able to eat much of it but I am actually happy about that so I can save it for breakfast. Kinda a weird thing to have for breakfast but usually I eat very little in the mornings due to not being able to find anything. When I have good food first thing when I wake up it makes me happy so I am excited for that. Also they finally picked me up a storage container thingy with drawers for all my baking stuff. It is now nicely and neatly organized in the closet instead of in an old cardboard box all stacked together. So that also made me happy. Also she ended up going to the store again to get the groceries and she just recently got back with everything.
Did some light cleaning as well, wasn't a lot but I've been meaning to do it and keep putting it off til today. We switched out the dogs cages because lake doesn't really fit in his old cage so he was sleeping in the giant one. Max's (my sisters dog) old cage was a bit too small for him but just about the size I was looking for for lakes cage so we just switched them and now they're both comfy and cozy. The one lake is in now is slightly bigger than what would be recommended for him but due to his crate anxiety I think he's liking it a lot more than he would a smaller one. Also it's nice for max to have a bigger one bc sometimes he has to spend a few hours a day in there (not too many just 2 to 3 every now and then) that stuff probably doesn't sound very interesting to you guys but I love doing dog stuff even when it's so simple it's just fun.
Also I made brownies today and they did not come out exactly how I'd like but honestly I think brownies from scratch are one of the harder things to master. At least I got that signature brownie top (very thin, shiny, slightly crunchy) I have never been able to get that on home made brownies so I'll call this a win. I might make them again someday just tweak the recipe a bit.
Over all today was okay despite being nervous for tomorrow. The back of my mind I've just been thinking the worst like what if he tries to take my phone and go through it (already did that too my sister) I'm an adult now, not gonna lie I have my nudes on here I have personal writings (like a journal in my notes app) some of which mention him. Also I have this site saved to my home screen for easy access and I talk about him on here a lot obviously. Like what if he tries to get me in trouble or hurt me? If he truly believes I did something wrong what if he called the police on me (I haven't done anything illegal or bad but he believes me and my sister have hacked into his stuff and framed him or something) I'm sure they'd quickly realize we didn't do anything wrong but I'm still very scared of police and it would be incredibly stressful.
Idk what he will do or how he'll act but I think my mom just got a call from him so who knows what he's talking to her about. I'll just keep you guys updated on the situation I guess thank you for the nice comments on my last post I didn't reply to any because I haven't had a lot of energy to interact with anyone recently.

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...

What if rehab really has changed the equation and you find that you like the man better than you liked the drunk? Never forget that a good outcome is just as likely as a bad one. More often life is a mixed bag, but a bit of optimism is often helpful. At worst, a bit of optimism, or at least the benefit of the doubt helps keep me from being a jerk-off straight out of the starting gate. Either way, keep us posted.
The master bakers in my family tree are looking worried. Soon you'll be after their jobs at this rate. Yes, brownies are surprisingly tough to master. And they LOOK so simple. . . Amazing how often it is the simple stuff that stumps us.
Also I've actually thought about baking as a job, but there is so many things you have to do and get to sell food legally that I doubt it would happen any time soon. All my family is saying I should sell cakes though haha. My dad even wanted to buy one.
Keep yourself busy so that you are not concerned that much about him coming there. I hope it goes well when he does. He may have changed, who knows?
Do your own thing. Stay busy. I can't wait to see your cookbook ;)
You can do this!
