Hi guys!
so I just started a treatment with antidepressants, in hopes to get control over my intense and quite honestly debilitating panic disorder.
I've been on them for 4 days now and I have noticed a decrease in my actual intense panic attacks, but an increase in my overall anxious feeling throughout the day, also was a bit dizzy/foggy brained for a few hours this morning . According to the pill bottle these seem all to be "normal" side effects.
Oh, and I also have had a difficult time falling asleep, which was never an issue for me before lol
Has anyone else experienced these side effects from starting anti depressants (it's an Effexor)?
if so how soon before they started to normalize?
thank you in advance for all advice & help :)

Hydration is so important when you are experiencing panic and/or anxiety. It helps to get you back to a more calm level naturally.
Keep a journal to help you through this process.
