Hey, so I was wondering if you have any suggestions for any general anxiety meds? I've tried zoloft but it does not work and they don't want to increase my dose. Please help! I'm 15 and I weigh 102 lbs (if that matters). I definitely won't get medicine without talking about it with my therapist first, but I want to know the possible options. :)
It's a supplement....no prescription required. It's non addicting and no side effects.
I suggest a high quality one from a health food store or vitamin shop.....not Walmart, Walgreen, or GMC.
I got one with 60 capsules for around $25 dollars (I made a mistake about price in another thread....sorry)
You might be able to get them cheaper on Amazon. Still, they are worth their weight in gold.
It says it takes about a half hour to kick in, but it took me one and a half hours....well worth the wait.
