Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. Hi, as most of you know I have a 20° S curve scoliosis that was diagnosed at 19 years. I had underweight of 55 kg from 16 to 19 years due to anxiety and psychosis. But at 20 years my weight is good now. But as I remember I was also sitting unevenly for many hours a day while playing pc games excessively and leaning to the side.
Maybe my underweight or poor nutrition, a lack of minerals or calcium made my bones soft and my bad sitting habits formed my spine to a scoliosis..? Could this be true? Or is it really just a birth defect? If it is, why was it discovered at 19 years so late?
Common I posted this question a hundred times I know... can you come up with a different answer please. Is there REALLY NOTHING I have done wrong to get a 20° S curve scoliosis? I am very anxious about it and I feel guilty when looking in the mirror. I know it's only 20° but it's still visible. Is it really not my fault?
Should I stop worrying about it once and for all? Convince me that it's not my fault. I can't believe it's just a birth defect. Why was it discovered at 19 years then? Did my underweight and poor sitting habits in school and at home infront of the pc have nothing to do with it?
Thanks for reading and for your patience.

Of course there's going to be a few more nice days left this month and next, but essentially I guess the "hot...

I know that for a fact.
Go to your doc as you may need a brace. Are you in pain from it? It is usually not as bad as it seems. And why would you have to post this with no replies over 100 times.?? Not a good thing.
