I think somehow I just dont know how to be loved. I'm In a relationship with a man I really love, and. I know he loves me as well. But I keep somehow uncounciously believing that he will leave me, change me for someone new. And it's not him, it's me, very often I feel I'm not good enough, and it terrifies me to push him away forma good with this constant fear. Right now he is away on his hometown and I feel completely scared that he decides to stay, or that being away makes hon realizar he's better off. And I hate feeling like this, I know I have no real reason, but I just can't help it.
I don't know how to be more confident In myself, and it sucks. It's been only two days and these two weeks feel endless. Feeling like this made me realise I really need to change that, I need to learn how to love me for real, and I need to learn to trust him and accept his love.
On The other hand, I've been living In this city for a year now,and I haven't made any friends, I've met some nice poeople but no one I trust or feel close to.
It sucks feeling this way, I dont know what to do.

I get bad anxiety over dating too. I get really nervous and scared.
But that's great that you have feelings for him. I hope that you will soon realize that it's ok to love someone. I know from personal experience that it can be hard to love someone.
I can relate. I've been in a relationship for 3 years with someone I love to the moon and back. I know he feels the same way but whenever we're apart all I can do is fret. It's weird because nothing bad has happened throughout the 3 years but I still can't shake it.
Just know that you're not alone with this feeling. It kind of makes me feel just a tiny better knowing I'm not the only one who experiences this, and I hope that helps you a little bit too.
If anyone has any insight in this, it would be so helpful.
I am married to a combat military veteran, and all the times he was away, I learned new activities, skills, and kept up with current stuff. It made it better when we saw each other again.
Instead of thinking about him while he's off doing individual activities, think about what you can do!
You are not alone. Anxiety approaches like a slinky, so bounce off it and keep moving!
I really dislike cliches, but it's very true that you have to love yourself first. Believe me, I know that's much harder than it sounds - I struggle with that a lot. But I'm working on doing things that validate who I am and make me feel useful. It seems the more I can be proud of my accomplishments, the better I feel about myself, and the less insecure I become in relationships.
If you can, find a great therapist who can help you focus on learning to love yourself.
Last nigth I had a terrible crisis and cried for hours, but admitting what I felt, somehow made me feel better. I decide to do some mindful meditation and today I feel better. I had an argument at work. And got through it with not big issue.
Ii think letting yourself feel the pain eventual y helps.
I think I cried so much las night and felt so down that I cannot go deeper now.
I think we're all programmed to right ourselves: cry when we need to release, etc; but we all learn to be big boys and girls in this modern world, block ourselves from our feelings, and then get badly warped.
Crying and hitting the bottom was the absolute cure for me. Hitting the bottom. Feeling the feelings. :)
