Me again. This morning is not going well at all. I've been dealing with Tracfone since last Friday. My Aunt received a UPS package yesterday with no phone. I called Tracfone this morning and was told for the first time that my Aunt has to return the old phone before she can get a new phone. I am not happy. Now I have to go to Walmart. I have tried calling them 4 times to make sure they have a Tracfone in stock. No answer. The lid to my coffee mug disappeared this morning and my cat, who I love dearly, likes to walk and stop right in front of me all the time. When my Aunt didn't answer the phone this morning, I was hoping she was dead. That's the point I'm at.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. yay you for spotting your limit before that panic attack occurred. in my own dealings with mentally ill people, i try to have a similar set of coping tools in place before i even attempt to help them. if only the helping was as easy as the tolerance rhetoric makes it sound. well, just it all. . .
