I feel like no one understands what I’m going through. I’m still deeply in love with my ex and I’ve tried to contact her many time but to no prevail. This leaves my mind to wonder. Does she care? Why is she ignoring me? Is she with someone else? It hurts to think she’s with someone else. It makes me sick just thinking about. I have constant panic attacks and heart breaks when I check my emails and still nothing from her. I feel so alone. I feel so empty. I don’t know what to do. And I’m scared. I can’t move on. I’ve tried to be in a new relationship but I just kept thinking about doing everything with my ex. That’s the girl I want to be with. The girl I want to marry. I am constantly worrying about everything in my life. But this, this is the biggest worry of them all.

I am a strong believer that things happen for a reason. Be kind to yourself, you deserve to be with someone who really wants to be with you for you, we all do.
Gentle hugs!
