Take a book, paper and pen, coloring supplies, music, things to do on your own and use those to keep your mind "in the moment". You can not change how others respond, you can change how you respond for your well-being. use a positive response, not the usual one, to help change the conversation. When you're being blamed by someone else, it's their problem. It is not your problem. Do not make it your problem. Not allowed to talk or laugh, then smile. You're being kind to your self and helping make the visit a better one. Best wishes.

Asking you to see him naked is child abuse! Report this please

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. Please understand that a Father asking his child if they want to see him naked is absolutely NOT OKAY, and you need to tell another trusted adult that this is happening. You can talk to a teacher at school, you can talk to a parent of a friend, an adult at Church, a Police Officer, SOMEONE. But this is not acceptable, and is considered a form of abuse. If you are worried about getting your Father in trouble, you need to understand that YOU are the one suffering here, and he needs serious help. PLEASE, PLEASE report this.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
