Anxiety Support Group

I've been reading thru my posts & there are some here that I'm deeply ashamed of
i don't like to read my own writing I find it's an exercise in humiliation That's why so many journals end up in the trash. I don't like my knee jerk angry responses if someone gives me an answer I don't like or if I feel rejected
im sorry if I've done that to anyone in the past.
you are not my therapists & do not deserve the ugly details that I'm so anxious to share. And then so anxious to take back.
so please forgive me if I've over shared or lashed out or anything I've done like that. I'm sorry
I cannot seem to delete these past posts out here w my " name" on them for the community to see.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate it❤️

For what it's worth
I've been keeping a therapy journal for 40 years and I still can't read my journal without triggering off into La La Land. Like you, beating myself up is what I do best. I am a Do-it-yourselfer to the core. I figure that if I self-humiliate, the world will leave me be.
I agree, you have to write it out, and often, when you reread it, it sets off another firestorm of feelings. It's part of the process.
You are not alone!
