I have anxiety. I know if for a fact. I have dealt with it for 12 years. I know how to calm myself down and I am on meds and in therapy.
I may have fibro. My mom has it and I have a lot of the signs of it. I have began testing for it. I am waiting.
I had went to the ddr because of my pains in my chest area and my blood pressure was good and even though my pulse was high due to an attack he said it was steady and strong, not too much to worry about.
My left side of my face is kinda numb and my leg is also. My mom said hers gets like that from time to time also due to fibro is what her dr had said. I am freaking out over it and trying to remail calm. I have talked to a nurse and a dr over it and they can't find anything wrong. It does not make me feel better. I would like to go to the er but no one will take me because it is probably just a attack of fibro and panic.
I wish I had someone to tell me I am ok I am fine. My hubby is taking a nap and I am trying to remain calm.I wish I knew of someone else going though this!!!

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
Take some deep breaths. Have a glass of cold water. Remember you are not alone in this. Lots of us feel like that sometimes.
Hope you feel better soon.
Learning what happens during a panic attack, an acute anxiety attack, and understanding what you can do to move forward will make it easier to handle the adjustments.
Stay strong!
Know you are not alone, and best wishes on feeling better soon.
