Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. I left abruptly on 6/29 with my first major panic attack. It's a new job, was only there for 3 months.
My leave is quickly dwindling.... I'm getting more anxious with each day even while on Rexulti, Xanax and Halcion for sleep. It's stressful because it's new, very demanding on my brain (which isn't working since I can't sleep much at all) and I left under these conditions.
I work 100% remote and always have at this new job. I am moving where my desk was, I can't even walk by where I used to work without panic.
Any suggestions on how to NOT totally lose it when I have to start again in 2 weeks?
My husband is unemployed and money is running low so I have to....ughhhh!!!

I take a couple of anxiety drugs and work at home. It’s not easy.
Help and support from me. Tell us how it goes.
Quite often, when you take the time working through the words, writing out everything, you can see the real hidden feeling, emotion, and thought that is pushing the whole view off center.
Your goal: work comfortably. Your actions: keep working comfortably. You're doing a terrific job of expressing the words.
Keep at it. You are stronger than your feelings.
Best wishes as you find your better balance.
Work has always been a huge source of anxiety for me. I am on disability and I am still working part time. Use your coping skills. Maybe meditate or do a breathing exercise on a short break.
Mid, help me understand what you mean by working on things separately. I truly want to overcome this fear.
