Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

I'm the guy who's pretty healthy (had a physical recently and dr. said I'm healthy, just need to lower my cholesterol a bit) but always thinks he's gonna have a heart issue or keel over. It causes many "tics" -- taking deep breaths when I don't need to, stretching my arms, checking my pulse constantly.
I exercise 5 times a week, pretty intensely. No pains or weird feelings. I generally eat pretty smart.
But I do have anxiety, which can manifest itself as random physical pains, which domino in my mind to become urgent health symptoms. It doesn't help that I have thoracic outlet syndrome, which causes random nerve pain in my left arm (!), collarbone, and chest. It's pretty disconcerting, but dr. said just to manage it with over the counter pain relievers.
Sometimes this fear makes it difficult for me to go outside and just walk around my office building--I'm afraid at any time I could get a random pain, and go crazy with all my "tics."
Anyway, I'm just venting now, but if anyone else has this fear and wants to share, it'd be great to know.

Venting is a good way to release some of the feelings you keep inside, and you're doing everything I can think of to help yourself.
I would add learning how to flow motion (like you were in a pool of water) with your arm, collarbone, and chest. Once I practiced moving the sensitive area gently, the tremors lessened. I still get them, however, since I can feel it starting, and tell it's a tremor, I am able to relax through the movement.
Hope this helps. You're not alone with this.
