Hello,
I hope everyone is doing well. Since the holidays have ended my anxiety issues have improved greatly, I haven't had a debilitating panic attack in a month or so.
I have been having a huge problem with headaches though, I think they are brought on by stress. The headaches are relatively constant, and feel like a pressure at my temples, around my head and behind my eyes. They tend to get worse when I become anxious about it.
I was just wondering if anyone else experiences these headaches and what they do to help them. Pain meds unfortunately do not help these headaches for me.
Thank you!

Often, after panic attacks subside, we have the lingering effects of the raised level of resting tension in the originating area of the initial attack.
Here's to feeling better. I have found that doing flowing motions gently with the head and neck often give natural release as well.
