while I’m not sure any of this will work for me or anyone else I find that having a lot of options calms me down. I wrote down everything that I could think of and anything that I could find online about handling anxiety and depression. I have a list of about a dozen different things from excercise to writing a journal. This way when something gets me anxious or gets me down I have some tool in place already and sometimes just that is enough to snap me out of it. Maybe I’m not as afflicted as others by these and I still suffer from them, but I know the only choice I have is to fight through it. With or without medication there are people out there that have overcome anxiety and depression so I believe others can do it too and so should all of you.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. As I read the rest of the post, I realized you are speaking of what I call, "My Therapy Toolbox." That metaphorical box where I store the psych tools I use to prevent that and many other anxiety related symptoms. I still suffer allot of anxiety, etc., but the tools help manage ^it^ well enough to get through my days without undue suffering.
