Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

It is hard to always control the sadness and loneliness. I get on here when I feel the worst of it but even then lately it hasn’t helped.
It is hard to follow the advice of; just think of positive things, go for a walk, remember the things that make you happy etc. If it were that easy we wouldn’t feel like this. We wouldn’t feel so hopeless about life, ourselves, our dreams and wishes. If it were that easy all the time there would be no darkness for us to fear.
It has been hard lately for me too and I feel your sadness even your loneliness (even though I have two beautiful boys that constantly want my attention). It sucks donkey balls.
Stay strong though, you will work through it even though it’s hard and unfulfilling at this time. Life is better with you in it.
I spoke with my sister who struggles like I do. It’s so good to know that other people go through it. Not good that they do but good so I know I’m not crazy or alone. I’m so appreciative of every reply.
I didn't Cause ^it^.
I can't Cure ^it^.
I can't Control ^it^.
With the releasing of that guilt, I find unending strength in the unified healing hopes for all, no exceptions. United we stand. We get by with a little help from our friends.
For what it's worth
In my strictly personal herstory, those inexplicable crying fits are a symptom of repressed memories and emotions. Leaning gently into the grief is my quickest method of locating and processing those repressed memories and emotions. Emphasis on "Leaning GENTLY." If I allow myself to get sucked into those memories, the journey back gets treacherous. I try to find a brother or sister-in-healing to stand by and throw me a lifeline, if needed. This process often hurts life a father fuck, but the relief is tremendous and sustainable. The gain is worth the pain in **my** sensory perception.
Your anxiety is working with you to help you find balance.
Best wishes.
