General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
i have been up since about 4:30 AM.My anxiety spiked around 6 AM when i took a couple of prns.Heart pounding through my chest, trembling, fidgeting.Yesterday was terrible in the late afternoon, and early evening.i ended up curled up on my bed at one point, rocking back and forth.
i have calmed down some, here at 8:04 AM,but still so concious of my heart beating, and that oh so familiar weight on my chest.
It's not helping that i have to go get my eyes tested today and i have a huge phobia of getting my eyes tested. All i can think of on a loop is the optometrist telling me,"I'm sorry, but you are going blind." i worry about this happening, but i don't get my eyes tested every year as i should,so it is a tad ironic."Because you are not taking care of your eyes you are going to go blind."
OCD thought loops,Anxiety latches on to my fears.
My chest is burning.

Anyway.

i guess i repeat myself in my posts so i do apologize for that.
Left a message for my pyschiatrist/therapist,but i don't know what he can do really.
i can't take this anymore.
The "Anymore" has been breathing for quite some time now.
This is not abating.i don't remember the last time i had an anxiety free day. A good day.

If you're concerned something's going on with your eyes, you could try taking AREDS 2 vitamins. They help with eye health, it's a studied formula of vitamins. I take them myself. Taking them does NOT mean you are going blind. It's just peace of mind, something small to do to take charge of one issue.
You can do this. You're not alone.
Hope healing happens here.
