Hello, i have some questions on what the best way is to make friends. I have been friendless for about 2 years. No one to talk to, no one to hang out with, and when i interact with someone i think could be a potential friend, i forget how to speak and am constantly worrying about if i said the wrong thing or if im werid and scaring them away. I live in a fairly large city so there's lots of people i could meet but have no idea where to start. I have very bad anxiety so its hard to find the right friend that can understand it from the get go. I don't expect them to understand or know anything about the anxiety i deal with, just want someone who is accepting. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

request , we can send each other members and get to know each other as we can not talk face to face so if this helps feel free to message me .
Take care all .
Doing this will help you feel more balanced when you do meet others in public and knowing you look confident will make it easier to stay focused on the conversation.
Best wishes.
Another possible way to meet people in the future might be via meetup..com
You can search for groups in your area. There are so many groups doing a ton of different things. There’s a socially awkward meetup group in my area that I’ve considered joining but I haven’t gotten up the courage.
