ok sorry to make this post but i was in the middle of eating and i just feel like everything is in my windpipe i keep coughing, hacking, trying to clear my throat to try and feel better but its not I'm feeling a heaviness when i breath in i feel like no air is getting there i just want this to go i away i just get scared

That's OK. I get scared too when things like that happen. Take some deep breaths and drink a glass of water. It's alright. I'm sorry you're scared. That's what we're here for.

I just went through the same thing when I ate lunch. I had to stop and drink a bottle of water to prove nothing wwas stuck in there. It is scary...but you are ok and we are here to talk you through it.

Hi, not sure what you have already tried but when I had problems with breathing/eating - particularly breathing, I found hypnotherapy and a CD my CBT lady gave me conatining breathing excercises very helpful. Not quick fix solutions but through repition of use you learn to relax yourself. Hope this helps.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
