I tend to get anxious about my health and I can feel myself becoming anxious. I had a couple of bad weeks with anxiety about 2 weeks ago. And now for past two weeks I seem to be thinking through a fog. Sometimes I have a hard time concentrating. Also my eyes do a little jerking motion and sometimes seem out of focus this is also freaking me out. I try to tell myself that it is just because I am tired I have a 4 month old who still feeds at least once in the middle of the night. As much as I try to tell myself that I am fine I can feel myself slipping into anxiety and that only makes me more anxious. I have a doctor's appointment in about a week for a different issue and I am trying to hold out until then. I dont want to go back to where I was 2 wks ago I was finally feeling normal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
