I have been getting a lot more of my anxiety coming back recently. Simply sitting in the doctors office next to a small child with some sort of mental illness. I feel bad but i get a panic attack and all I want to do is leave. My boyfriend put his hand on my knee to hold me down and said i need to go in to see the doctor. I look at my boyfriend and see a different look in his eyes and it makes me want to cry. i'm overanalyzing and knitpicking every little damn thing in my life and i realized its pushing so many people away. Im going to try a life coach again. I have ativan.. Ive been using it when i need to if im around my purse. I look for 5 key points in the room im in to ground myself. What else can i do??

3) A blanket to keep me warm.
Thank you so much for your message. I try to eat healthy. These days it’s a struggle just to eat. I think as soon as next payday happens I’m going to stock up on some vitamins! I’ve been avoiding coffee and sticking to tea (peppermint and ginger) for my stomach as I feel so nauseous all the time when I get anxiety. Sleep is something that depends night to night. I try to meditate before bed but it depends if my thoughts wake me up or not.
