Hey guys! So I had one semi recent incident where I thought I was going to faint because I hadn't eaten for a while (crazy day at work). I was driving with my boyfriend and had to sit in a Publix parking lot. Then we got back to his house and my dad ended up having to get me because I didn't feel comfortable driving. It wasn't a fun night. Well, ever since then, I've been obsessing over what I'm eating and when I'm eating. I'm worried about eating enough. I hardly drive. Since then, I spent three weeks in a mental hospital because the isolation from being too anxious to leave my house heightened my depression. But does anybody have any experience with this? Any advice?

If you use driving as your goal, then start with reverse, connect something to that, then park, connect something to that, then low, medium, high, slow, fast, turn, wait, and continue on through the different motions until you find the pattern that unlocks the neutral switch.
Life happens. We are naturally going to experience anxiety in responding to information coming in from every situation we move through. You are much stronger than you realize.
Best wishes.
