I'm so sorry for the loss of your Aunt. That breaks my heart that you had someone in your life pass away that was there for you and took care of you. Remember all the good times and cherish the moments that you shared together. She sounds like a wonderful person.

I'm sure when you are in group activities it probably feels awkward. That's just something that you need to work on. Interacting with people and just enjoying conversations. I'm sure your not saying anything wrong. That's probably all in your mind.
Sure it can be hard to interact with people. But the more you do it the more you will feel comfortable doing. Just be yourself and I'm sure people will see the real you. Don't be so hard on yourself. You can do this. Have confidence in yourself.
