Everytime when i find something that works

So ive been on Gabepinten for 5 years for epalaspsy (not correct spelling srry) and anxiety. Well i went to the doc today and they up and cut me from 210 a month to 30 enough for 1 a day for the next month then thats it. That is the only med i found that really helped and they seen that it help but because of other peoples doing the helen ross that i got is not giving that anymore so now its time to play god with pills again. Its just the first day and i can really tell that its not rite i can feel that its not working rite and it sucks cause i feel like crap and its going to be hard to work with out my meds they are not going to add a new medocane until 3 months from now. i dont what to do cause i had a few things going for me and things like this seems to happen every time i find my self doing better. Im going to probally end up going to te ER soon to see if they will take me in and run some test and help me while i come off and hopefully find a replacement.

Was it the doctor that cut the dosage or the insurance? I hate when things like that happen. Sorry it has happened to you.

Did the doctor say why they are cutting it by so much, so fast? It does sound as if an insurance problem, as fallintograce said. Are you taking generic? Call your doctor's office and ask them why did they cut the amount so drastically. Leave a message. Check the drug manufacturer's website. Some of them have programs to give the drug out for free. Especially if you happen to be low income (not sure if you are). Consider trying these ideas. Stay strong, Sorry about this, but you'll figure out something,

no cause as of july first its a controlled substance thats the only reason but im already noticing a big change and its not good.

I think going to the ER sounds like a good ideal and write down everything you said before you get there so you can stay calm and they can read your concerns and not mistake why you are there. You might get lucky and find someone to help.
