I too have had many tests and no results......anxiety with vertigo.
But, it is a constant feeling, expecially when Iam standing.
Whatever it is, I hate it and you are not alone. It is the reason for my panic attacks and agoraphobia. The panic attacks are far a few between but I always have the feeling like I am going to fall over.
I do not take any medication but I really believe it is anxiety related.
Just thinking about it freaks me out....Claire Weeks said that giddyness is the most unexplainable form of anxiety. I wish you the best.....Susie

Other times, I've gotten very light headed, but realized my sugar was low. I was at a roommates once when it happened. I was on my way to the kitchen, and as I was about to walk out of my bedroom, the dizziness hit me and I grabbed the doorknob, let myself down on the floor so I wouldn't hit my head and let it run it's course. Probably a few seconds later, I came to because I heard the clanking of the candle holders near me, so it had to be seconds, and then I was fine and went to kitchen to eat. I'd let it get out of hand as I was too busy to notice I needed to eat to get my sugar back up. I was so used to it that I never even told my roommate. She would've freaked and there was no reason to. I knew I wasn't going to die.
So, do you know if you have low blood sugar?
First of all how is your blood pressure? Low blood pressure can cause you to feel dizzy. Also, inner ear? Side effect to meds? I would insist that your doctor checks everything.
I often get dizzy spells as well which often lead to my panic attacks. When I think back that is how they started. I get dizzy and my vision is off then I panic because I am not sure what is happeneing.
