I am new to this forum and would like to meet/chat with other young adult women struggling with anxiety disorder.. I do not know if we can even do that on this site but let me know! I am starting to realize that talking to someone going through the same thing would probably help a ton. I dont know why I never thought of this before, I guess a lot of us feel that we are alone in this. Lately I have been struggling with work anxiety and not thinking I am performing well or that anyone at work likes me. I need a new job and I avoid applying for new jobs because it stresses me out or causes me extreme anxiety because I do not think I am qualified for anything. It was not always like this. I have many goals but when I am home I feel like I cant get anything done because I sit around just thinking about the time I have and cant concentrate on any one thing! Let me know if you feel like this and add me as a friend! Lets chat?

Most of the time, I don't know where to start and give...

I don't meet your criteria, but I wanted to welcome you aboard, anyway. While many a friendship has formed here, the symptoms you list are neither gender nor age exclusive. Sharing with a more diverse community can be helpful in finding solutions because of the broader perspective. Talking and/or writing things out does, indeed, go a long way toward finding solutions.
Hope you find what you are looking for. Welcome aboard.
Writing it out is an important first step in helping to find your better balance.
