what i have found helpful is checking out some of the funny memes on this site for coronavirus. they made me smile and distracted me a bit. I also try watching an easy to watch box set. it is ok to go out and get some fresh air, just stay away from people. do you live in a city ? i appreciate that it would be harder then. i also tried meditation which also helped. I also limit myself to the amount of news that i watch. as news just makes my anxiety even worse.
it is not easy but we are all in this together.
one day it will get better. I wish you well.
message me if you need to.

Continuing a hobby or developing a new hobby helps with the anxiety of it all. Also breathing exercises, reprogramming my mind with positive educational readings, and meditating/praying. I have found that if I stay away from sugars and drink and eat more healthier, that is helping me with my anxiety.
As for going out to get fresh air, that gives me anxiety because I have in my head that the virus is airborne. But I don't know how true that is. Instead, I have an air purifier in my bedroom that is helping me with coping of fresh air.
