I take heart attack symptoms (shooting pains in my left arm, shortness of breath, chest pains and escalated blood pressure) as signs that I have let my anxiety escalate out of control. With much psychotherapy work, I have learned to spot many, many earlier symptoms which allow me to ply therapy tools before my anxiety escalates that far. I would suggest increasing your water intake and keeping track of what you are eating, doing, and that may give you some idea of what's affecting you.
You are at the age when anxiety often presents those little 'niggles' that often are ignored in the moment until eventually you are in overwhelming anxiety and you just are not able to function like you usually do.
Take calming breaths, and stop, pause.
