Hoffnung, long haul covid is very difficult. There are only a few doctors treating this and I've seen some online products (supplements) that may help. I am so sorry you have these terrible symptoms all relating to the brain inflammation you must have had. This is difficult and we are glad you are among us now.

I’m sorry that you had to go through that! The thing that is the hardest for me is feeling stupid/inadequate. I’m totally at sea with this anxiety. Since it’s relatively new to me I don’t have this skills to deal with it. I appreciate your kind words.

My doctor is very progressive; we are using the protocol that includes a lot of natural supplements, many geared to thinning the blood as studies are showing micro clots in the brain along with inflammation are causing many of the symptoms.

Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it. Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.
