lately I have been having way more anxiety than usual.. I'm losing friends so fast I can't keep up with the heart break of it all. It's too much to handle.. I have no one to talk to that will truly understand with out yelling at me telling me I am being too dramatic or I have too much drama or even being told I need to just snap out of it and be happy. If it were only that easy. No one seems to understand that when I cry out for help I need someone to just talk with me not yell at me.

Instead of being angry, lost, lonely, or hurt that they yelled, remind yourself it's their problem, not yours. You will find new people to talk with, first being your self. Take a moment to talk gently to yourself, be kind. It will help.
Stay hydrated, keep a journal to help you sort through patterns of thoughts so you can improve your ability to stay calm in social situations, and practice gentle movement to naturally release the tension.
Best wishes.
If you aren't too demanding, and you just tell people when you have individual issues or feel bad about this or that, they handle it well. That's because everyone around you has anxiety too. Probably everyone you know goes through bouts of anxiety. So it's not something that's foreign to them. If they're getting hacked off at you, try to find out why. Because it's not that they're assholes. Ask yourself what the common denominator is in all these failed interactions. And then fix it.
