Hello Everyone!
My name is Brielle and I'm studying Social Work at the University of Akron. I graduate May of 2019 and can't wait to go to grad school and start my fulfilling life as a Social Worker. I've been assigned to discuss and interact with a chat that intrest me or relates to me for my Social Work Practice II class. Anxiety makes up about 80% of my body, I just experienced an virus that attacked my body in ways I don't even want to think about again. During the period of me being sick I experienced multiple anxiety attacks, negative thoughts, emotional breakdowns, and a sense of wanting to give up. The anxiety isn't that bad anymore since I started to feel better, but I still may experience a smidge every once and a while. I started taking a stress reduction class which is gradually helping with the more information I learn. I'm excited to interact with everyone in the chat, and ready to learn some ways on how to lower my anxiety!

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
Thank you for sharing. I have also felt that I want to give up. That feeling really hurts.
