so i want to work on cognitive behavioral therapy. changing my toughts. to change my feelings. or identifying them. i really have some bad habits when it comes to thinking i perseverate. i think this is the best way for me to change my thoughts. im gonna do research on it. i know there is some dbt skills but they end up leaving me feeling frustrated. so im gonna focus on CBT instead. working on catching the thoughts. im going to talk to my therapist about it. and tell her this should be my primary focus.
