Look, I'd say chances of her doing that are very slim. BUT since I don't wanna be insensitive to your feelings since I know saying that won't make them go away because first you have to convince yourself that it really isn't a big deal. Here's a tip just think of the worst possible outcome you're afraid of, like say she does talk bad about you in theory. What's honestly the worse thing that could happen to you if she did that? Think about it. Your fear is the only thing that's breaking you down right about now.
Once you overlook this & your thoughts surpass this fear of something that most likely probably isn't going on, then you'll feel a lot better. But worst case scenario it does happen, it'd make you feel horrible but....then what? That feeling goes away. Therefore there's nothing to be afraid of.
Being courteous starts from within, and being professional and courteous is far easier to maintain than worrying about "what ifs", so give yourself the pep talk as many times as you need to help you move on from this personal view.
You can not change how everyone else views the situation, you can change how you view it, and how you respond, which will change what could happen.

Make a point of saying Hello to your co-workers and your boss....try to be up on things, make a few jokes and above all, give yourself time. It's always awkward being the new kid on the block but you have to meet people at least half-way. Join in, be a team member and know that you're lucky to have a job. It doesn't help YOU at all to carry a chip on your shoulder for something that will probably never happen again. Ask someone out for lunch or coffee....you will see how changing your attitude will change how people see you and how much more relaxed you will be. It's to YOUR benefit. Wishing you luck and love.
