Count your "in" breath as you breath, and make sure your "out" breath is at least one more.. The science behind it being, when tense we do dot exhale properly, and always keep stale air in our lungs, that is why we feel we can get air in-coz its already half full..If you can do 3-4 breath in/outs, you immediately notice how much more air you can take in, and so calming process starts..Good luck..do in now..try it..X

this is definate part of anxiety,you wont stop breathing and your heart wont stop, you may get lightheadiness,tingling in hands and feet with this.
Lay on your bed several times a day and practice while your not having anxiety that way you,ll have it down when you need to use it.
I think i would benafit from this myself! Good Luck!!
