Hello,
Recently I have been struggling mentally with overthinking and getting stressed out. I used to go to my partner to help me with it but then I started to realize she was the way I was feeling these emotions. She didn't seem to want to put that effort in like I did and she kept being friends with this guy who was making sexual remarks to her and I asked her if she could stop but she kept saying no. After we had that argument I decided I wanted a break from her for a while because I can't keep going on right now if she doesn't understand how I'm feeling about anything. I understand why she keeps him around but it hurts me and to that I don't think she understands. I've felt somewhat more relieved and relaxed since we started the break but now I just miss talking to her especially since we planned to see each other this weekend originally. Some part of me hopes she will reach out to me over this break but I know she won't and I don't plan on reach out to her. I love my partner like crazy but I don't feel like she understands me and see my concerns about certain situations and I feel as if I'm always the one apologizing. I'm hoping this gets better as time goes but for now I just miss her.

She said that there is always going to be cheap stuff to buy, but do I need it? The answer is mostly "no". So today, I am taking back some things that I bought online at Kohl's, namely a 9 x 12 rug and a quilt for my bed. I also bought sheets that I don't need...
Write out everything.
This way you'll see how your thinking, emotions, and feelings are and finding your better balance will be easier.
And as Mid said, write it out.
