My shrinks called my similar symptoms from talking with other people, "Social Anxiety." They called my increased anxiety with physical pain, "all-natural Survival Instinct" and encouraged me to fine tune that one rather than "Cure" it. Gentle support while you find what works for you Miss Keke. I hope you'll feel safe sorting your own here. Vent freely. Vent often.
