I don't know what it is but I freeze up and I could be doing anything. Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it. Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.

a post such as this one is among the many anxiety management tools i use. it helps me to get ^it^ into words. sharing the words help me feel less alone and often even offer reminders and/or new coping tools.
hope the sharing helped, jessekay. steadying support while you find your way through. you are not alone.
