I do though sometimes get that way when I not staying well hydrated.
So me times it’s hard to tell what causes what.
I get allot of weird sensations out of my anxiety, especially when I am unaware that I am anxious. Oftentimes those weird sensations are my first clue that my anxiety is escalating. Anxiety is a sneaky snake that can slither its way into my life without my awareness that it be slithering.
I feel like my own anxiety mixes the signals in my brain. Mixed signals in my brain result in mixed signals throughout my entire body. There is no predicting where those mixed signals will stream off to.
Gentle empathy. "Weird" is an understatement, but it is, indeed, hard to describe. Weird is as good a description as any I have available.
So I have experienced the tingling sensation on the face but mostly in my left hand fingertips and have gone numb as well. Had a bad tension headache earlier as well. I've heard good things about Paxil. I hope that it works for you! :)
