Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
I don't know why, but I woke up early with a revved up internal engine.
I woke up without an alarm at 430am. Writing this out helps me sort through it.
I decided to get up, dress and go to the Starbucks which opens at 5am.
I think sometimes, even when I am alone - I feel such anxiety and I don't know
why. It's like any original move on my own or just the reality of existence requires
that I feel anxiety. I know this must sound funny. When I feel anxiety it makes me
sense that something is wrong in the world with me and it really is a force that
kind of blocks out my sense of myself and the world.
Anyways, writing about it helps me 'knock it down to size."
I vow to continue to be productive even so, I suppose the anxiety is just
a friendly reminder and of humility as well that I struggle with mental health challenges.
:) breath in, breath out - and acceptance.
Have a super Sunday out there.
Sending peace and good kharma!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
This is one of my biggest obstacles is getting through the weekend when there is nothing planned. Now I am looking at a day off in the middle of the week and am dreading it.
It helped remind me that I often think of those things when I am busy on a schedule.
I found myself walking in the park (I drive by the park to and from other places, but never stopped in) and discovering a bench not visible from the road next to the creek.
Look for those things you see, and never stop for.
