I've always had anxiety. There always seems to be an event or an experience that triggers it and it gets so bad so fast. Monday night my husband of 9 years bravely decided to talk about things that were bothering him concerning me. He feels left out, especially because I take care of my daughter. We've never had a talk like that, and we are both willing to work at it, but it sparked my anxiety to the point of me not being able to eat, function well at work, enjoy time with my daughter, etc.
I've been on Lexapro before and decided to start it again tonight. I need this feeling to go away before I can concentrate on helping our relationship.
I feel so lost right now and like I'm drowning. I need help.

That's right.
Having said that, look at ways you can involve your husband and your daughter in a positive manner without making a big deal of it.
I would suggest keeping a private journal to find out what the event or experience is that starts this pattern. It will go a long way to help you heal.
Best wishes.
