so I’m 39. I don’t like expressing my self as anxious. I find it to be weak. However the old I get the more I suffer internally. I was diagnosed 6 years ago and treated with ADHD Meds and Xanax. I’ve always been anti social but well known. Feel lonely and overwhelmed often when the work load get up there. My sleep is awful. Working out is helpful but obsess over perfection. I’m rambling and unsure of my expressions here. Anonymously.
Despite my drivel. Hope all is well and successful.

I'm a brass ovaries kind of gal whose hyper-vigilant instincts see weakness as a lethal condition. Admitting weakness under any circumstances is an invitation to packs of snarling, snapping demons, isn't it? My own anxiety has been a lifelong condition and a gnarly crease in my super cape. Admitting my super cape is a delusion and getting past the either/or of the delusion remains a work in progress but it is feeling worth the effort. No pain, no gain.
Driveling over. . . I mostly wanted to welcome you aboard.
Warm welcome intended.
