Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

So I stated in an earlier posts comment that I hadnt felt anxious today. That has officially changed. I was fine until I had to go to the store with my boyfriend to get some more powerade. Once we got there, I immediately became uptight. I started to realize I have had a headache on and off for a few days, it just rotates around my head. very light. annoying. maybe from stress. I know its anxiety because my face feels hot, the back of my head is hot, my chest feels tight, my arms feel tingly.. I also am taking antibiotics for my bladder infection, but.. i keep feeling these little pings of pain in my lower back. nothing concerning to a normal person, just drink some water. but to me in my state of mind, i think the infection isnt going away and is actually getting worse. I feel exhausted, like I just cant get enough sleep. probably because im too worried to actually go to sleep, maybe from the antibiotics too. typing this out, has actually calmed me a bit. Its still a struggle. I think if the headaches went away, I would feel better all together. i really just want to feel normal again.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
Also, I have found that reading and reading about anxiety has just given me more anxiety. Take a break, plan some fun stuff to do now that your infection is gone, and just go about your usual life! Good luck.
But that is me and my case is extreme. Continued support while you sort your own case. Hope you find your, "Normal Again."
