General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Have a nice Easter Weekend.
I can see that happening. Anxiety can cause depression and vice versa. Who knows which one came first. That would be hard to determine.
I'm still reading the book. So far it has alot of good tips on anxiety and how to manage it.
Thanks for the comment.
Have a wonderful Easter Weekend.
Thanks again for recommending the book.
Depression is sadness in multiple directions at the same time.
Anxiety is worry in multiple directions at the same time.
Anyone who is being treated for both is well aware of the complications of medicine bringing out one or the other as it resolves certain known symptoms.
Finding exhaustion, fatigue, numbness, and other associated distinct 'awareness' factors that reveal extreme high levels of anxiety shooting through the entire body, and then realizing depression because the pain stops relaxing from happening without a specific method of intervention on your part in the moment.
The more I do the natural techniques of stop, pause, breathe, option, repeat until calm as needed, the easier it becomes for it to be automatic when I feel the first surge of "danger alert" no matter the circumstances.
Here's to healing, whatever path it takes for each of us!
Excellent question to share!
Thanks for explaining the difference between the two.

Over-thinking, and lack of sleep, and anxiety can all lead to depression.
You are most likely to have it if You have a neurological disorder,
I agree with you on everything that you said. I have always had a problem with sleep. I have alot of broken sleep. I think I drink too much water and for some reason it all wants to come out in the middle of the night when I'm sleeping. It's so irritating.
Thanks so much for your comment.
Have a great Easter weekend!!
I think so too.
Seems like everyone that commented thinks so too.
Thanks for your comment.

I've had been experincing anxiety for the last few weeks and I had lost a lot of weight to. I used to weigh 197 but now I weigh only 170 and continuing to lose weight. Not only do I have anxiety, I have depression too, it seems. I was feeling good, I was doing things and feeling real good inside then on March 8th, I got sick and was kept in the hospital for over night. The next week, I went to my clinic and saw a nurse practitioner. She explained to me that sometimes when a person age, their seizures would get worse with age. I do not agree because in 2017, I was over 50 years old, had one and got up, walked out to the cab on my own; went to the hospital, registered myself into the hospital and then walked out and waited for the cab. When I came home, I went back into doing the same things as if I never got sick.
I had a lot on my mind. I had asked the same question, can depression and anxiety cause seizures?
