So I was doing pretty great anxiety wise. Then I broke up with my bf and moved back into my parents house. Id lived with the bf for almost a year and he was abusive. I grew up in that life watching my mom and then me as I got older be abused. So I'm happy I'm safe and healthy and not trapped there anymore. But with all this change I cant sleep at night. That's when the anxiety comes at me full force. Ive been on celexa 20mg for about a year and stopped about two months ago. That was no fun so ive been on them again for about three weeks. And I'm starting to worry now. Have the "what if" thoughts. I get so scared I what if I did this what if I hurt somebody. What if I wrecked my vehicle. What if anything bad. I have no want or desire to do anything but my mind starts telling me what if you did. What if I hurt myself. What if I hurt my family. I just cant get the thoughts out of my head so I can sleep. I went through his before and I just starter to get over them. I guess with all the change lately. I need advice on how to cope.
